After several tests, it seems that it only fails on the first video fragment

Excuse me for my English.
Checked it in versions 21.12.1 PPA, flatpak and AppImage
and kdenlive-22.03.70-64e6bdf-x86_64.appimage (Also in older versions).
I have also tried it in a version of Linuxmint in Virtualbox (clean
installation), with AppImage and flatpak formats
The behavior is a bit strange.
If I extract the area, by dragging, directly to the timeline, it always works
fine. But of course, I have to keep the entire video in the project and I only
need small pieces.
The first time you start a project, it sometimes works fine, but afterwards,
every time, it always adds a few seconds from the beginning of the video, not
from the start mark.
At first I thought it started from the beginning of the video, since my video
was short, but no, it adds a few seconds at the beginning of the start mark.
If I try it several times and it tells me that the file already exists, the
program ends when trying to save it.
Greetings.

I tested that with 21.12.1 and it works as expected. Try with the AppImage.

Please try with the current Kdenlive AppImage version 21.21.1 to see if there
are any packaging issues https://kdenlive.org/en/download/

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. open video in Clip Monitor
2. set in/out
3. Extract Zone

OBSERVED RESULT
Extract the area, from the beginning of the video to the end mark. Not from the
start mark to the finish mark.
It always fails. Tested on other versions apart from 21.12.1.
If you get the warning that the file already exists, even if it is renamed, the
program always ends.
