[kdenlive] [Bug 447672] Failed to filter source error in Motion Tracker DaSIAM algorithm (v 22.03.70 (rev. 1802d253b))

> So you are saying “libmltjack.dll” was missing or was an old version?

"libmltjack.dll" was a file from an old version, from like 2021. The mlt folder
I had on my PC had about 25 or so files, while the new standalone's mlt file
had 20 or so. So, there were definitely other stragglers.

I'm not sure if there's a way to make it so that Windows installer can
automatically detect the presence of an existing kdenlive folder and delete it
before installing the new version, or prompt the user to uninstall it. If so,
that would likely save a lot of headaches. Like I said, this fix solved my
rendering crash as well, and may be tied to other mlt errors.

Thank you for the feedback. I’ll make a hint in documentation that deleting the
Kdenlive installation folder can solve this problem.

Hi folks! I was able to fix this issue on Windows by manually deleting all my
Kdenlive folders (so the the ones in C: Program Files, App Data Local, and App
Data Roaming). I then did a fresh reinstall, and the DaSIAM model works. It
appears that there were some old, lingering files in the C:\Program
Files\kdenlive\lib\mlt that were causing issues. The clue was in the
"C:\Program Files\kdenlive\lib\mlt\libmltjack.dll": The specified module could
not be found" error message,

I figured this out by downloading the standalone, comparing the lib/mlt with
the version I had installed, and testing out the Motion Tracker. Doing this
also fixed the persistent rendering crash I've had since 2020 (once again tied
to that libmltjack.dll file).

I also tested the other algorithms with a clip that was 23.98 fps in a 29.97
fps timeline, and they all work perfectly now.

I'm still unable to work this effect.

I've tried the bird clip in here (found in the invent.kde Gitlab):
https://drive.google.com/file/d/1KJsmKhJ3SL3gPAHURTQkv1wQ_1LG1hko/view

It's a 25 FPS MP4 file (H.264 / AVC / MPEG-4 AVC / MPEG-4 part 10). I'm on
Windows 10, using Kdenlive 22.12.

KCF gives the following error:
mlt_repository_init: failed to dlopen C:\Program
Files\kdenlive\lib\mlt/libmltjack.dll
  ("C:\Program Files\kdenlive\lib\mlt\libmltjack.dll": The specified module

Motion tracker is definitely not working if you have a speed effect on the clip
or you have stabilized the clip. Can you test with other clips you have and
post the MadiaInfo details from clips which don't work?

I tried again to test and it no motion tracking worked. I set up DaSiam the way
described the first time so for some reason it only works sometimes. It could
have something to do with the quality of the video but I am not sure.

I downloaded mediainfo and it shows that the video I was using does has a
variable frame rate. I don't know how to set the frame rate of a video but I do
have a 30fps, 1280x720 video that doesn't show having variable refresh rate.
When using it in Kdenlive it works fine except for DaSAIM which has the same
error as before.

problem is that 958 x 540 is not a standard resolution.
