[kdenlive] [Bug 447672] Failed to filter source error in Motion Tracker DaSIAM algorithm (v 22.03.70 (rev. 1802d253b))
https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=447672 --- Comment #18 from candideu --- (In reply to emohr from comment #17) > So you are saying “libmltjack.dll” was missing or was an old version? "libmltjack.dll" was a file from an old version, from like 2021. The mlt folder I had on my PC had about 25 or so files, while the new standalone's mlt file had 20 or so. So, there were definitely other stragglers. I'm not sure if there's a way to make it so that Windows installer can automatically detect the presence of an existing kdenlive folder and delete it before installing the new version, or prompt the user to uninstall it. If so, that would likely save a lot of headaches. Like I said, this fix solved my rendering crash as well, and may be tied to other mlt errors. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are watching all bug changes.

[kdenlive] [Bug 447672] Failed to filter source error in Motion Tracker DaSIAM algorithm (v 22.03.70 (rev. 1802d253b))
https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=447672 --- Comment #15 from candideu --- Hi folks! I was able to fix this issue on Windows by manually deleting all my Kdenlive folders (so the the ones in C: Program Files, App Data Local, and App Data Roaming). I then did a fresh reinstall, and the DaSIAM model works. It appears that there were some old, lingering files in the C:\Program Files\kdenlive\lib\mlt that were causing issues. The clue was in the "C:\Program Files\kdenlive\lib\mlt\libmltjack.dll": The specified module could not be found" error message, I figured this out by downloading the standalone, comparing the lib/mlt with the version I had installed, and testing out the Motion Tracker. Doing this also fixed the persistent rendering crash I've had since 2020 (once again tied to that libmltjack.dll file). I also tested the other algorithms with a clip that was 23.98 fps in a 29.97 fps timeline, and they all work perfectly now. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are watching all bug changes.
