Thanks for the additional information. For me it looks more like an issue with the colors and themes, than something "fix-able" in kdevelop itself. The colors of the results are defined by your KDE theme & color scheme, imho not inside Kdevelop. Can you please check the color scheme, especially those of the selection background and selection text?
