Fix Bug 367443 - Stop new mail notifications after closing KMail

FIXED-IN: 5.3.1

Allow to shutdown maildir/mbox too as it can be use by external apps.

Thanks for the heads-up about the "Switch offline on KMail shutdown" checkbox
in the account settings.  However, it seems to exist only for remote account
types such as POP3 and IMAP.  Since my issue also concerns local accounts such
as mbox and maildir folders, I hope it's OK to reopen this report.  (Consider
that many users get mail delivered to local accounts via programs like
fetchmail, local cron jobs, etc.)

So you need to stop resource when you close kmail
=> kmail->configure->account-> change setting in popup menu.
