No, I hadn't.

You already told me about this dependency concerning the kAddressbook problems
I had, and after installing it it also fixed the issues I had with kMail.

I just forgot to close this bug.

However, it's not really obvious to the user that kdepim-addons will provide
such features - maybe it would somehow be possible to point a user to it in
future versions. I.e. in the empty kAddressbook menu entries "Action" etc. add
an empty disabled menuentry "Install Addons for additional features" or
similar... Similar with kMail Message Themes/Styles etc... But that's now a
wishlist item...

Outlook-2010-generated invitation displayed in kMail. There's also no way to
accept this invitation.

kOrganizer-generated Calendar Invitation displayed in kMail. There is no way to
accept the invitation.
