Bug ID: 388843 Summary: Identity ignored when replying Product: kmail2 Version: 5.7.0 Platform: Other OS: Linux Status: UNCONFIRMED Severity: critical Priority: NOR Component: composer Assignee: kdepim-b...@kde.org Reporter: wildc...@tzi.org Target Milestone: --- I have several identities (for different accounts, also, some accounts have multiple IDs with, all with different E-Mail addresses) and for some mails I chose to change the identity with which I reply to an E-Mail. However, the E-Mail is send using the identity it was received for. * create multiple identities using different E-Mail addresses * open a composer window to reply to an E-Mail * use the identity drop-down to chose an identity other than the one the E-Mail was received for * send the E-Mail Looking at the source of the E-Mail yields the a 'from' that matches the 'to' from the received mail. Instead, I would expect the 'from' to match the E-Mail configured in the chosen identity. This has been working until the latest update to 5.7.0 Thanks for considering Christian. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are watching all bug changes.
