This can be solved by using snippets. Just create a snippet with your system
information and then it is easy to include it in any of the email where you

Signature depends against identity.
So I don't have idea how to add it without complexify interface.

I would also like to have that feature in Kmail2 : 

At work, I use Microsoft Outlook, and the multiple signatures feature  gives me
the opportunity to change every mail's signature to taste (depending on what I
included in my mail) - without having to have template-e-mails or anything like
it.  For example, for a standard mail, I could select any of theses three
signatures I would have created :
1. Thank you and have a nice day !  (default)
2. See file(s) attached.  Thank you and have a nice day !
3. Should you have any questions, do not hesitate to write us back. Thank you
and have a nice day !

It could be possible to create list of signatures and assign any of those
signatures as default for each Identity in Kmail, and then, when writing a
mail, to have the choice to select any of the other signatures available, when
required.
