In the 6 or so years of using KMM I never noticed nor used the pull-down menu in the ledger to clear or reconcile a transaction. Now I will! Accepting an imported transaction is used to remove the import flag and set the reconciliation flag to cleared. while doing so. In case you edit the transaction you take full control as user, which means the transaction is not "imported" anymore because you changed it. If you click again, it changes to "resolved" and another click resets it to not marked. Does that do what you want?
