I can no longer reproduce this with Konsole 23.08.4 on this system
configuration:

Operating System: openSUSE Tumbleweed 20240306
KDE Plasma Version: 5.27.10
KDE Frameworks Version: 5.115.0
Qt Version: 5.15.12
Kernel Version: 6.7.7-1-default (64-bit)
Graphics Platform: Wayland
Processors: 16 × AMD Ryzen 7 7840U w/ Radeon 780M Graphics
Memory: 30,5 GiB of RAM

- konsole 18.08.2
- KDE Frameworks 5.51.0
- Qt 5.11.2 (built against 5.11.1)
- plasmashell 5.14.2

Addition: In Konsole -> Settings -> Configure Konsole... -> TabBar:
Switching on and off "Show 'New Tab' and 'Close Tab' buttons" fixes colors for
tabbar (but not for buttons in tabbar)

I just compiled the current master and it seems that it is fixed there.
At least for me the scrollbars are changing color schemes.

Can somebody verify (and therefore recheck) and tell me the results?

Thanks for reporting the bug!

I can reproduce this bug on my system.
I think this is no bug in konsole but in an upstream application (my guess is
QT), as it is the scrolling block.

It would probably be beneficial to look into the component that produces the
misbehavior and see if other programs that use it exhibit the same bug.
