korganizer () using Qt 5.4.2

- What I was doing when the application crashed:
Everytime I try to add a new event in kOrganizer, it crashes. The same happens,
when I try to open preferences in kOrganizer, Kmail, or aKregator

I opened the kOrganizer Preferencies in Kontact. Same happens when I was trying
to open the Kontact Preferencies.

The crash happens when a contact is imported that has a birthday or
anniversary.
After this import kaddressbook will crash immediately and the next times it is
started and korganizer will crash when adding a new to-do or event.

This crash doesn't happen when a contact that is added has no birthday or
anniversary.
This crash also doesn't happen when the "birthday and anniversaries" calendar
is disabled _before_ adding the contact (this can be done in korganizer or
akonadiconsole).
