Apparently, it was disabled for Windows CE, which also disables it
on all of Windows.

I have printers installed and normal "Print"(file > print) brings up printer
dialog - while Shortcut configuration "Print" button does not seem to do
anything.(Is there supposed to be an export dialog?)
