The Qt file dialog api confuses "filters" with selected file
type, making this trickier than needed.

This has happened to me as well , the kra gets saved and abckra instead of
abc.kra , unless i specifically add the '.kra'

It is in krita-3.0-RC-1-master-6f75b0f-x64
yes, problem still appear

In dev build 20 may: krita-3.0-RC-1-master-c9522ba-x64
when i choose jpeg, and write name of doc (ex: "1234"), krita save "1234kra"
(without format)

People have been saying this here and there. Proly the save menu hating us and
treating windows like it's osx/linux, and windows just being windows about it.
