Hi Dmitry, DRAG + PRESS KEY + RELEASE + RELEASE KEY does not work, neither with
CMD or CTRL.

BTW, it could be nice to have an icon near the cursor when te function is
active.

Hi, Gordie!

That really looks like a bug. Could you give me more info and try the 
following steps:

1) Start dragging a frame
2) Press Ctrl (or Command)
3) Drop the frame
4) Release Ctrl (or Command)

Does this method still copies the frame?
