Palette color picker problem
When trying to add a new color to a palette:
1. the color selector doesn't recognize 8-bit RGB values if they are entered
directly into the RGB fields (you can see in the attached image that 0,49,83 is
appearing black instead of green)
2. if I click on the color triangle (before doing anything else), I get values
ranging from 0-62609
3. If I click on of the up or down arrows on an RGB field, some sort of
conversion happens, and the fields appear to revert back to 8-bit 0-255 and
work again but (0,49,83) converts to (0,0,0) and the numbers have to be entered
again.
