Then just use the saved export size when exporting, without asking the user. The export size could have both: - crop area - scale. Changing the export size (crop): at first we could just use "Convert selection to export size" or something like that, or maybe use Crop Tool: "Crop [Export Size]" instead of "Crop [Layer]" etc. Changing the export scale: maybe in Image -> Properties?
