Getting an older version of Wacom drivers fixed the issue, thanks!

I've also read that sometimes it helps using "the “Wacom Tablet Preference File
Utility” to clear all the preferences. This should allow Krita to detect the
correct settings automatically". Be aware that this will reset your tablets
configuration, thus you will need to recalibrate/reconfigure it
(https://docs.krita.org/en/KritaFAQ.html#how-to-fix-a-tablet-offset-on-multiple-screen-setup-on-windows).

I'd check with a previous version of the Wacom drivers
(https://wacom.com/en-it/support/product-support/drivers) since it seems that
"the 6.3.30.x drivers are known to be broken"

Another issue is when I lift my

> when it is outside the Krita window

Have you tried to use to the Windows 8+ Pointer Input instead of WinTab
(https://docs.krita.org/en/reference_manual/preferences/tablet_settings.html#tablet-settings)?

Please, let we know, thanks
