After updating krita the issue is resolved. Thank you so much.(In reply to

I'm sorry, but we need more information. Photoshop is, of course, irrelevant. 

Have you checked that with Krita 4.0 there are no freezes? If so, this might be
a regression. If you have the same problems with older versions of Krita, it
might be a problem caused by a windows or tablet driver update. 


Could you please check
