Please check again with the latest daily build appimage. I suspect that this is
the Qt 5.12 mouse/tablet handling bug again. The latest appimage has patches
for that, your distribution builds don't.

I can confirm this but for me it only happens when using my wacom tablets
Stylus. As soon as I move the mouse, while on the canvas, the courser switches
back to whatever I set in the configurations.
