Well, to state the blindingly obvious: this is not a bug that hits every user.
We wouldn't have released Krita otherwise. In fact, it's most likely that you
are using an AMD GPU and have enabled OpenGL in the display page of Krita's
settings dialog. 

You don't give any information about your system, so that's just a guess, but
this is a known bug in some versions of AMD's OpenGL drivers. You usually can
work around it by switching to the Angle renderer in the display page of the
settings dialog.

Please check whether that works for you, and if it doesn't append the contents
of Help->System Information for Bug Reports to this bug.
