STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. When drawing a circle, the SHIFT key doesn't function
2. A complete circle is drawn using the shape tool but a small part of the
circle is blank
3. The 'E' doesn't function when it is press. Have to use the mouse to manually
click the eraser and brush selection.
