It is used for fast keyboard navigation within menus: Hold THE "ALT"-key down to see the underscore letters in the main menu. Now e.g. press f to open the "File" menu, and so on.. (API docs: http://doc.qt.io/qt-5/qkeysequence.html#mnemonic) They are automatically created for useractions. This can currently not be disabled. And I don't get why you have consecutive ampersands.
