I tried looking back at the attachment picture that I posted but it is not showing when I click on it. I am posting two more pictures. One picture of the Krusader window with the Copy Window over it. This should clearly show that the Copy Window has no Minimize button. I can move the window out of the way and still access Krusader and move around in the program while the copy or move is happening but I cannot minimize the window. The second screenshot shows the System / Notifications area for Krusader.
