SUMMARY
In power managemny you see that vlc is blocking the sleep and locking screen.
But the sleep and locking screen is nor blocked.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. launch vlc and display a movie

OBSERVED RESULT
after a delay the sleep and locking scree is displayed
EXPECTED RESULT
the sleep and locking scree is blocked
