Under Flatpak, applications are sandboxed and need to request permissions to access certain hard- and software components. With '--device=dri' you gave the permission to use OpenGL. I will add this to the Flatpak manifest of KTouch, so with next update it will works out of the box. If it helps I also attached that output.
