I don't remember exactly the steps but I can search and ping more accuracy. The steps on my "primitive" configuration are basically editing an execution binary (etherape) on alacarte (gnome menu editor) without import any Xsession arguments or parameters from Kde Plasma executing the app through pkexec to be executed as root.
