Context menu is the only thing which is not getting placed by a window manager.
It's a so-called "override-redirect" window and that means "window manager
don't manage me".

The bug is a known issue in Qt: https://bugreports.qt.io/browse/QTBUG-53813

I can reproduce this problem here as well, also in other applications like
Kate, ..., but I can't reproduce it in GTK applications (like Gimp, Nautilus or
Firefox).

As far as I know the context window placement is done by KWin, so I'll reassign
it.

Can you please provide your KDE frameworks version and the KWin support
information by using the command [1]?
