SUMMARY
Cannot make window rule from title bar but can do in system settings 'window
rules'
Window rule made from right click on title bar does not appear in system
settings. But can make rule from system settings.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Right click on title bar. Make some window(application) rule then save.
OBSERVED RESULT
Rule does not apply to that window(application).
Also cant find system settings -> window rules.
EXPECTED RESULT
It should appear on 'Window Rules' settings.
