https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=405484 --- Comment #3 from jarlgjess...@gmail.com --- Problem fixed by running Windows key -> Compositor -> Re-enable So issue fixed, but it could have been so nice with a more visible notification about effects being disabled possibly because of driver error and that one could try to reenable... here.
