With Kubuntu in another hard disc, same problems.
I reinstall KdeNeon and don't touch the system boot (Grub2 and my own Grub
theme, discarded) and ¡¡ very well !! all is ok .I've been without problems for
several days.

I reinstall old from timeshift ok. Reboot and update && upgrade all, for
exemple plasma-desktop/bionic 4:5.17.5-0xneon+18.04+bionic+build68 amd64
[actualizable desde: 4:5.17.4-0xneon+18.04+bionic+build67]
and the same problem.
kwin: symbol lookup error: /usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/libkwin.so.5: undefined
symbol: _ZN12KDecoration215DecoratedClient25hasApplicationMenuChangedEb
systemsettings window decorations crashes, etc.
