close button not being hovered
SUMMARY
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Install a custom window decoration theme like Arc, McMojave, Layan or Sweet
Dark
2. Maximize the window
3. Point the cursor to the top right of the screen
OBSERVED RESULT
The close button isn't in the hover state when pointing the mouse the to the
top right edge of the screen.
EXPECTED RESULT
The close button being in the hover state when pointing the mouse the to the
top right edge of the screen.

Only Breeze default window decoration doesn't have this problem.
