I just discovered that window thumbnail does not work with Latte-dock, which I
am using. I tried with a regular Plasma panel and thumbnails work ! So the
problem seems to be on Latte's side.

On my Arch running Plasma 5.20 beta, tooltips do not show the preview of the
windows and make kwin_wayland to crash.
