It seems sddm uses own cursor even though we change the default cursor in
settings.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Just change the cursor to any other
2. Reboot
OBSERVED RESULT
Sddm cursor remains the same
EXPECTED RESULT
SDDM should follow the system settings cursor theme.
