STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. For Mouse settings, check Invert scroll direction
2. Suspend system
3. Wake up system
4. Scroll with the mouse wheel
OBSERVED RESULT
Scrolling is not inverted.
EXPECTED RESULT
Scrolling direction is inverted.
Note: unchecking "Invert scroll direction", applying, then checking, and
applying again, temporarily fixes the issue only until the system is suspended
again.
