Window Manager debug output

SUMMARY
When using a mixed monitor setup in Wayland, right clicking on the desktop or
task bar brings up a context menu. As soon as you move the cursor, the context
menu will go transparent leaving only the blur effect, until an item is hovered
over. Once hovered over, that item will remain permanently solid until the menu
is closed.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
0. Log in to a Wayland desktop session.
1. Set up at least two monitors (three recommended) of mixed resolution. To
replicate this exact setup, use two 1080p monitors on the left and right, and
one 4k monitor in the center.
2. Right click the wallpaper, hold still for a moment to see that it is solid,
then move your mouse.
3. Once it is transparent, hover your mouse over each item in the menu to turn
them back to opaque.

OBSERVED RESULT
Menu goes transparent, leaving only the blur layer, until the cursor hovers
over an item - which then turns each item hovered opaque until the menu closes.

EXPECTED RESULT
Menu stays mostly opaque with all of its compositing effects remaining
underneath.
