SUMMARY
Randomly, a window will appear on every virtual desktop when showing desktop
grid.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Create at least four (four is my setup) virtual desktops.
2. Open at least two apps. Put each window on separate virtual desktops.
3. Just keep toggling the desktop grid.
OBSERVED RESULT
One window (the active window?) will appear on every desktop.
EXPECTED RESULT
Each window should only appear on the virtual desktop they were placed.

Linux/KDE Plasma:

Qt Version: 5.15.11
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
I'm not sure how to reproduce it, it just happens randomly. It happened to me
four times already. It's not been so long since I started using desktop grid.
