It's more like a smearing of the previous pixel... kind of...
I recorded a small video showcasing the problem on the bottom edge with a
plasma6 panel and app launcher; and uploaded it in 3 formats, hope this helps.
I can also upload it to Nextcloud if needed or prefered, because this links
will only work for 4 months.
