I learned about it through other bug reports and plasma devs stepped in to clear the situation. Now I disabled PLASMA_USE_QT_SCALING, and the white bar was gone. As for the PLASMA_USE_QT_SCALING itself, I enabled it because Plasma panel and context menu icon would be very small otherwise. It looks like Plasma devs are fixing bugs so that Plasma can eventually use Qt scaling. I don't use latte-dock until it was recommended by a friend recently, so I have no idea if this issue is a regression. 2. New video attached. The white bar is still there. 3.
