Left panel shadow is much larger
SUMMARY
Panel shadow size no longer consistent between my two panels like they were
before last update.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
Not sure how to reproduce. Maybe just put a panel on the left and another on
top with shadows turned on.
OBSERVED RESULT
The left panel has a far bigger shadow and it didn't before the last update.
EXPECTED RESULT
Both panels should have the same shadow size.
