SUMMARY
I can no longer rearrange pinned items in my dock. The "drag and drop" "drop"
never finishes
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Pin a few items
2. Attempt to drag an item on the right to the left
OBSERVED RESULT
The dock gets stuck in a hover state.
EXPECTED RESULT
The item changes position.
