hi.  neon has been shipping powerdevil compiled against libddcutil for quite a
while.  we don't ship the ddcutil binary by default as it not required, the lib
suffices.  unfortunately ddcutil brightness control is somewhat of a hidden
feature as laptop internal screens always grab the brightness control interface
first and as of yet powerdevil does not support brightness controls for
multiple screens.  there are a several MR 's relating to this under review at
the moment
