I've just tried this and it seems perfectly sane now - unfound seaches just
appear  in the colour red in the find box and the "bing + modal dialogue" has
gone -  I'm happy with "resolved" thanks!

Hello David,

I am with Oliver. Can you reproduce this behavior anymore?
It seems that it is not the case anymore at my system.

Note: I am no maintainer but from the KDE bugsquad
tested on okular 1.3.3

The KF5 version appears not to have that modal dialog anymore.  Can you try
that to see if you like it better?
