However, it looks a bit strange that you got this just by opening application. removePreviewPartition function is only called when you try to do some operation (but I think before you click Apply button). Was it really just opening? In any case can you please obtain a backtrace with debug symbols installed. You need to at least install debug symbols for kpmcore library (I guess if it's ubuntu based package is called libkpmcore10-dbgsym).
