i am using kde on fedora 27 but i have noticed this before on prior versions.
i am not 100% sure how to explain this but the sound seems to keep crashing and
rebooting constantly like every 10-20 seconds over and over again no matter
what i am doing within kde or just there is a cut-out in the sound like every
10-20 seconds not at even intervals but very, very frequently.
i am not good with sound issues so i am not sure what to do from here.
