SUMMARY
Despite only a hotspot entry being shown in the dedicated configuration window,
the applet list will show 2 entries for the hotspot (1 connected, the other
disconnected).
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. create access point.
2. right click and go to configuration.
3. change configuration, for example password.
OBSERVED RESULT
another hotspot item appears on the applet list despite the configuration
window only showing the one hotspot item
EXPECTED RESULT
no ghost item appears.

Linux/KDE Plasma: 5.11.6
(available in About System)
KDE Plasma Version: 5.21.3

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
I imagine the ghost item represents the default configuration prior to us
changing hotspot configuration.
