This bug has been in NEEDSINFO status with no change for at least
15 days. Please provide the requested information as soon as

Looks like it. Has this happened again since? Is it still reproducible in
Plasma 5.17? I haven't seen this myself or gotten any other reports of it to my
knowledge.

Judging from the backtrace in the linked bugreport it was crashing when trying
to play the notification sound for the "you just unlocked widgets" notifcation

Haven't found another solution to this issue than resetting my plasma
installed, so I can't confirm. I'll try it on a vm when I have the time, but if
anyone can reproduce it before that, I'd be very grateful.

Is that plasmashell crashing?
You can easily tell because the PID will change.
