Right click to "add to favorites" the Display Configuration - KDE Control
Module from menu creates the favorite icon. 
Properties of this icon, kcm_kscreen.desktop, are general:kcm_kscreen. 
Attempt to execute results in: 
Error-Plasma 
"Unable to run the command specified. The file or folder kcm_kscreen.desktop
does not exist."
Help icon for Display Configuration is grey out. 

Display Configuration does launch correctly, just not from favorites or "add to
desktop"

1. Click K menu, type "display", right click "Display Configuration" and select
"add to favorites"
2. from K menu launch favorite "Display Configuration"
3. Error - Plasma


Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Click K menu, type "display", right click "Display Configuration" and select
"add to favorites"
2. from K menu launch favorites "Display Configuration"
3. Error - Plasma

Actual Results:  
error - plasma, not launched

Expected Results:  
open display configuration from settings

errors also if I create a shortcut on desktop from the favorites icon. 
Unable to run the command specified. The file or folder
/usr/share/plasma/plasmoids/org.kde.plasma.icon/contents/ui/kcm_kscreen.desktop
 does not exist. 

If I minimize this error it won't maximize by selecting it from the task bar.
Must ALT-TAB to maximize to error. No action can be done until error is
cleared.
