Bug ID: 368247 Summary: Network speed monitor shows incorrect graph values for up- and download Product: plasmashell Version: 5.7.3 Platform: Fedora RPMs OS: Linux Status: UNCONFIRMED Severity: normal Priority: NOR Component: System Tray Assignee: plasma-b...@kde.org Reporter: slartibar...@gmail.com Created attachment 100928 --> https://bugs.kde.org/attachment.cgi?id=100928&action=edit download-graph I use a WLAN connection and have the plasma systray networkmonitor for the chosen network open to monitor the upload and download speed of a running file copy. I i use my machine as target - i.e. downloading stuff from a server, then the speed graphs show the correct download speed corresponding to the numerical values above the graph. Also, download (blue) is much higher as upload (brown) ... as expected. See screenshot1 Next, i use an upload from my machine (as source) to a server. The network speed graph seems to take only the download speed into account for painting the graphs, the upload speed is in reality much higher but both up- and download graphs seem to be identical in shape and do not reflect the numerical values shown in screenshot2 -- You are receiving this mail because: You are watching all bug changes.
