I can't reproduce this issue on current master, I'm assuming it's due to the
notification widget having been redesigned.
Can you still reproduce this, Antonio?

Although the graphical corruption is very similar, i cannot reproduce it by
scrolling via mouse wheel, nor my widgets/kickoff menu are affected.
I've seen it sometimes in dolphin tooltips too, but i cannot reproduce right
now.

Anyway, since the issue is not critical, we'll see if/when Qt guys will fix
QTBUG-55638
