Martin I've just been trying to reproduce this on Plasma from git master but I 
cannot.

Can you please test and confirm if this issue is still occurring or if this bug
report can be marked as resolved. I'm setting status to "needsinfo" pending
your response, please change back to "reported" when you respond, thanks.

Gib es einen Befehl per Kommandozeile, die Kontrollleiste vom oberen
Bildschirmrand auf den unteren Bildschirmrand zu setzen?

Only screen turn off. I dont have multiple screens. I can´t try with Plasma 10.
I use Suse Leap 42.3 but on Suse 42.2 was it the same. I don´t know where I can
scaling set to enable or disable? Please help me.

Just the screen turning off or do you put the machine in standby? Also, do you
have multiple screens? Is scaling enabled? Can you perhaps try with Plasma
5.10?
