...And when you don't have Brave open, Plasmashell doesn't spike in CPU and
memory resources? Does this still happen in Plasma 5.21?

Plasmashell is going up in memory. Well i don't know if it has kwallet
integration but every time i opening Brave kwallet comes up so i guess it has
maybe that is causing the problem.
